Originally a fine artist specializing in colored pencils and painting, I was determined to bring my art to life and tell stories in new ways. This desire to express myself became manifested in video production.
My attention to detail and the ability to tap into the mindset and mood of what I need to create, helps me to develop content that is new and unique. My foundational background and history as a fine artist gives me a competitive edge as a multimedia artist using my camera as a tool to create and tell stories for myself and others.
To date I have received the following awards; best of show in fine art, The Award for Excellence in the Visual Arts (EVA), First Place Purchase Award in Cincinnati Emerging Artist and the 2016 Summerfair Emerging Artist Exhibition, Fine Art Senior of the Year 2017, a multitude of Honorable Mentions and Induction to Alpha Chi National Honors Society.
